I believe food is enjoyed better with your family and friends at the table making memories. Whether you are hosting friends or just your usual Monday night dinner, I believe there’s a recipe here for you.

What is Golden?

I found my faith in Jesus Christ in 2023 then was soon baptized October 1, 2023. My life had rapidly changed once I was baptized and I was quickly led by the Lord to start a women’s gathering. My recent experiences of being prayed over in the moment and having my God fearing friends only speak the Word of God and truth during the hardest time of my life was something I never experienced.

I wanted to create that space for other women to come and be honest with what they were dealing with in life, no judgement and leaving feeling better than they came by hearing the truth with love. The words the Lord gave me was Gather & Prepare. What better way to gather, than around a table with good food and prepare by inviting the Lord to eat with us?

We prepare by listening to others life experiences and testimonies. Little did I know these gatherings would fill us more spiritually than physically. I hope in some way, this website will inspire you to start your own Golden dinners within your family and community. All you need is a table, food, and people to fill it. The good stuff will come on it’s own.

I’ve learned that whether we are walking through the fire of suffering or burning bright with the fire of the Holy Spirit, we were never meant to stand alone. God, in His wisdom, designed us for community - for golden fellowship that strengthens, refines, and reminds us that life is not meant to be carried in isolation, but shared at the table together.

The purpose of these troubles is to test your faith as fire tests how genuine gold is. Your faith is more precious than gold, and by passing the test, it gives praise, glory, and honor to God. This will happen when Jesus Christ appears again.
