- First grill or cook your chicken breast until it reaches 165 degrees. Let chicken rest for 10 minutes before dicing or shredding.
- You will now begin cooking your pasta. Follow the directions on the box, remember for this recipe it only calls for half of the 12oz box.
- Go ahead and start prepping your produce ingredients. Cutting and dicing the pickles, red onion, celery, and fresh dill.
- Once your chicken and pasta are fully cooked, add chicken, pasta, pickles, red onion, celery, and fresh dill in a medium size bowl.
- Now let's make the dressing. In a small bowl whisk the mayo, mustard, dill pickle juice, garlic powder, and salt until combined. Pour dressing over your salad and mix until all ingredients are combined well.
- You can enjoy right away or even better, let rest in fridge and enjoy throughout the week.
