Homemade Chick-fil-A Sauce

My girls officially declared this homemade sauce better than the real Chick-fil-A Sauce - and honestly, I might have to agree! It’s creamy, sweet, tangy, and perfectly smoky. Best of all, it comes together in just five minutes with simple pantry ingredients. Enjoy!

Homemade Chick-fil-A Sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients. In a medium mixing bowl, add the mayo, honey, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, barbecue sauce, and lemon juice.
  2. Add seasonings. Sprinkle in the paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Whisk until smooth. Mix thoroughly until everything is creamy and well combined.
  4. Taste and adjust. Add a little more honey for sweetness, mustard, and tanginess.
  5. Serve or refrigerate. Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

  • Barbecue sauce matters. We originally substituted ketchup when we were out of barbecue sauce, but my family preferred the authentic flavor of the smoky BBQ version.
  • Naturally gluten-free ingredients: Check the labels on your barbecue sauce, mustard, and mayo to ensure their gluten-free if needed.
  • Storage: Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 5-7 days, provided the ingredients are fresh.
